Our products are made with natural ingredients, so changes in climate and season can sometimes lead to slight differences in texture or appearance from one batch to the next. These natural variations are completely normal and do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
The Rose tallow is such a gorgeous product. Smells amazing, glides on beautifully. Skin loves it.
The shipping and customer service experience was not great. Minimal communication and response to queries. I paid for express shipping and had to wait nearly two weeks. No communication on delay. My advice is not to pay for express shipping.

The fragrance is definitely not delicate and not at all reminiscent of natural, pure essential oils. As other reviewers have stated, the scent is very intense and off-putting. The formula is extremely greasy and left an uncomfortable residue on my hand when I tried it. Based on the texture, greasiness, and almost synthetic scent, I would not recommend for anyone with sensitive skin or looking for effective clean skincare. The customer service from whom I assume is the owner (never a name provided in the emails) is awful as well. I have never encountered a small business so intent on making sure my first experience with them was as negative as possible. It has been an expensive trial of a very disappointing product and business.

We're sorry to hear that our products were not the right fit for you. As our moisturisers are made with natural ingredients including beef tallow and essential oils, the texture and scent can differ from conventional skincare products and may not suit everyone's personal preferences.
We would also like to clarify that your concerns initially related to a shipping delay rather than the product itself. We responded to your first email on 5 June, advising that there had been been a delay with the Australia Post collection. Subsequent emails were received over the weekend and public holiday period when our small business was closed, in line with our operating hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
Throughout the process, we provided updates to you as information became available.
