Honestly the fragrance is a bit much for me. I am on the spectrum and struggle with strong scents. I gave it to my friend and she loves it.
I am deeply disappointed with the Wild Rose Tallow Cream. The scent is extremely strong and, unfortunately, quite unpleasant in my opinion. While I have no doubt about the overall quality of this brand’s formulations—having used their other tallow creams with satisfaction—the smell of this particular product is so overpowering that I simply can’t use it. What made this experience worse was the company’s rigid policy: I was not permitted to return or exchange the unopened cream, which feels particularly harsh given that they don’t offer sample sizes for new or limited edition products. As a result, I’m $49 out of pocket and have learned a hard lesson: never stray from the tried-and-true, like their Tea Tree Tallow Moisturiser, which I genuinely enjoy.
